new plans

  1. I will still make some changes.
Im thinking of having the restaurant up to the 3rd floor and the restaurant will be the bar/lounge and the restaurant will be above it having views to below which is the winery.
In this post 2nd fl isn't private and wanted people to walk around and see the process of making wine but then again i think its best if its private not have people walk around that area.
I will still make changes and post up once the changes are made

  2. Do not lose your original concept. Always work in section. And where is that sharp dividing plane that you started with?

  3. Hi, it's a while since I were here, so I just looked through your work. I can see that you want a lot of different functions to meet in the building. When you started you had two main functions, a club and a winery, both requiring with different settings. now you have added go- carts and a wheel to your program.

At this point I think you need to focus.

Make decitions and stick to them and work to solve the problems your program creates.

You will then see that you will have to kill one or two of your darlings in order to take steps forward towards your goal to become an architect.

It is all about solving problems, now you need to work with your model, and with your plan.

For example: how did you think the go carts and the restaurant go together? Sitting at a table looking down on go carts through a very insulated glass in order to avoid disturbance? Or? Have you made a study to realize how much would be possible to actually see through that angle? I think you need to think through more and try to understand your clients.

  4. I want to refrase, I see it seems harsh what I wrote. It was not my intention :-)

    I mean:

    1) just focus

    2) try to see complications

    3) for example: the atrium you created in the middle of the building where you want guests at the restaurant to look down at go carts
